• Customers can request a refund or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery.

• To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery of returned items.

• Replacement requests will be processed once the returned product is received and approved.
